Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using AI Palm Reader. It applies to photo uploads, generated prompts, generated images, account activity, and support interactions.

AI Palm Reader is an entertainment and self-reflection product for palm and face reading reports. It is not a tool for NSFW generation, explicit content, face swapping, deepfakes, impersonation, biometric identification, surveillance, or professional advice.

Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not use AI Palm Reader to upload, request, generate, distribute, or promote:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, nude, pornographic, or erotic content.
• Sexualized, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content involving people who have not given permission.
• Face swap, deepfake, identity impersonation, deceptive manipulation, or biometric identification content.
• Harassment, hate, threats, abuse, bullying, or discriminatory content.
• Graphic violence, self-harm instructions, illegal activity, or dangerous instructions.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, payment, rate limits, account security, or provider restrictions.
• Marketing or prompts that claim "uncensored", "unfiltered", "NSFW", "18+", or similar unrestricted generation.

Photo Upload Rules

Only upload photos that you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have appropriate permission. Do not upload images of minors unless you are the parent or legal guardian and the upload is lawful in your jurisdiction.

AI Generation Safety

Prompts routed to image generation are screened before generation. Requests that are blocked, flagged, unsafe, or impossible to verify may be refused. If moderation or provider safety checks fail, AI Palm Reader may stop the request without generating an image.

Enforcement

We may block requests, remove content, suspend access, deny refunds for abusive activity, or cooperate with payment providers and legal authorities when required. Repeated or serious violations may result in account termination.
