Overview

AI Palm Reader sells one-time reading passes for AI-assisted palm and face reading reports. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request support.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund by contacting support@aipalmreader.run. We review refund requests case by case and aim to respond within 3 business days.

Refunds are generally available when:

  • You were charged but did not receive the purchased reading pass.
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • A technical failure prevented generation and we cannot restore the reading pass or provide a replacement.
  • A payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to verification.

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • The reading pass was already used to generate a completed report.
  • The request violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The output is disliked solely because AI-generated interpretive content is subjective.
  • You uploaded an unclear, incorrect, unauthorized, or policy-violating image.

Completed generated readings are generally not refundable unless a technical or billing error occurred.

Failed or Blocked Generation

If generation fails because of a technical error, contact support with your account email and order or reading details. We may restore the reading pass, provide a replacement attempt, or issue a refund depending on the situation.

If generation is blocked because the request violates safety rules or acceptable use requirements, a refund is not guaranteed.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on Creem, your bank, or card network.
